Tami is an amazing nurse. She is always dedicated to her patients and willing to help other nurses whenever needed. Tami takes time with her patients, explaining interventions and medications and building rapport to support them physically and emotionally. Tami always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She lifts morale on the unit, is always a team player, and goes above and beyond to support her patients, her peers, and the hospital at all times. She is truly an asset to this team.
