I would like to take the time to show my appreciation for Tami who has provided my daughter the best, most thoughtful care so far in her most recent stay at Golisano Hospital. This stay has been very difficult as my daughter has sensory issues and difficulties being around new people or accepting touch from them. This nurse is a great listener and was very mindful of what sounds or actions trigger my daughter to have difficulties staying calm.

Tami showed great compassion towards my daughter and most definitely tailored her care to fit her unique needs. She respects my daughter's space and took initiative to perfect her routine most similar to what we do at home for my daughter. This nurse also showed me nothing but kindness and respect. I personally was struggling through my daughter's stay here and I am at high risk for preterm labor. Tami always made me smile and made it a point to ask me every single time if I needed anything each time she entered the room. She even found me food to eat for my meal so I didn’t have to walk to the café. That small act of kindness made my entire day. One act of kindness and consideration can truly make a hard time or a rainy day brighten up. Thank you to this nurse. My daughter and I appreciate your time and care.
