Tami exemplifies the core values of Bryan in every aspect. She is always willing to help her coworkers and goes above and beyond for her patients. She has worked at Bryan for 20 years and has valuable knowledge and experience that she brings to our unit. One example of this was a post-partum patient who had started to develop complications. During Tami's shift, she noticed subtle changes in both her physical and mental assessment of the patient. Her sound assessment and quick action to call the MD was imperative. The patient developed a life-threatening complication and was transferred to the ICU. This patient had a positive outcome in a situation which could have ended gravely. Tami's quick action truly made this outcome possible.
