Tami Severs-Paschal, RN

There was a patient who unfortunately passed away unexpectedly on a weekend shift. Since there are limited staff on weekends, Tami Severs-Paschal ensured her nursing staff were taken care of during the code blue. Not only did she help during the code, but she also took a lot of responsibility in ensuring all necessary steps were taken to care for the patient and family after his death. She asked all the questions and called all the people to ensure we were following the policy. Tami was a great leader, and it was reassuring to know she was on top of this process. We really appreciate having her in the weekend charge role. Thank you, Tami, for everything that you do!
