My 76-year-old mother has been in hospital due to psychiatric issues. She has been agitated, aggressive, and non-compliant at times and was difficult to care for. Tamika was always professional, respectful, and compassionate with my mother. She truly wanted to provide the best care possible. She took the time to get to know my mother and was resourceful in meeting her needs. She was always positive and encouraging to all of us.
