I want to say that everyone has been wonderful in caring for my mom. Tamisha, however, went a step further. I had stepped out of the room for a moment, and when I returned, I was truly moved by the extra care she was providing.

Tamisha was putting lotion on my mom’s legs, and my mom had lit up—smiling, happy, and clearly feeling good. As a man caring for a lady, there are small things I may sometimes overlook or forget, but Tamisha did not. She made sure my mom was well cared for and smiling, which was so needed during this visit and stay.

Tamisha, I thank you. That small gesture may have seemed like part of your everyday routine, but it meant so much to me. It allowed me to truly see you and the compassion you bring to your work. The little things do not just mean a lot—sometimes they mean everything.

Excellent medical care is expected, and we certainly received it. What we did not expect was the extra measure of care, concern, and attention to detail that my mom was blessed to receive.

Tamisha, please keep being the ray of sunshine and blessing you have been to my mom. Your level of care and attention to detail made a meaningful difference.
