Tammi is the primary contact for residents as they continue their learning journey at ESJH. She exemplifies patience and understanding as she facilitates healing in the acute care setting. She visits with patients daily and provides emotional support as they process such a major life event. Tammi partners with the patients to provide the highest quality discharge teaching and written instructions to ensure compliance and coordination of care after discharge. In emergency situations, Tammi responds with the utmost professionalism and provides a calmness to allow learning even in the most difficult circumstances. In non-emergent situations, she is approachable and welcoming inviting even the newest associate the ability to ask questions.
