October 2010 Honoree
tammi baldwin, RN
Tammi Baldwin, RN, Emergency, Indianapolis
Tammi Baldwin is a PCC on weekends. I have known Tammi for over 2 years as my PCC and during that time she has been nothing short of a great preceptor, mentor guide and resource person. She encourages all of us on WEO days to be the best we can be. She is probably the most nonjudgemental person I know. This is evident with her tender care and concern for all of our ED patients. She encouraged me to continually push myself to get my CEN, ENPC and my BSN. She is the reason three nurses are going back to school when we though it was just not possible. She believes in all of us and she never gives up on us or herself. She is also back in school to get her Masters while working 2 jobs, being a wife and mother to 5 children. She is amazing!
