Tammi Travis, RN

Following an unfortunate accident while visiting Idaho from Mississippi, my husband had a brief stay in the Burn ICU. Tammi was one of several wonderful nurses who provided him with top-notch care. Tammi demonstrated knowledge and experience in all that she did, which provided a sense of calm and security in the initial portion of his stay. She had a knack for knowing what my husband needed seemingly before he did and knew the perfect balance in allowing him rest and attending to his needs. Tammi has an amazing sense of humor and bedside manner, taking my husband's humor in stride, and allowing us all plenty of moments of laughter, which was truly the best medicine. We have continued to speak of Tammi and her amazing care even after his stay. She may have felt like she was completing another day of work, but to us, her attentiveness, confidence, and care meant everything in those days! We will never forget her.
