When you're admitted to a hospital you are obviously ill. But you are also scared, nervous, and uncertain about your immediate future. It's the small things that can make hospitalization tolerable while here. My nurse, Tammie, RN, is a ray of light that I needed while here. She's professional, attentive, compassionate as well as keeps you updated on your care, and consistently asks if you have any needs. She does what she loves with a constant smile, endless sense of humor, and a constant disposition that screams "this too shall pass". She also gets things done! The day she came into my room as my nurse she untangled wires, and straightened clutter without missing a professional beat! Intelligent, knowledgeable and is definitely the best nurse I have ever had, which is no small thing!!
