Tammie was my admitting nurse and cared for me for 12 hours. She has a soft, calming voice. She explained everything to me in a way that made me comfortable. My pain was addressed in hourly rounding. She kept my anxiety level at a minimum. The care she provided was timely, efficient, and compassionate. I never had to use the call button. She was proactive in all aspects of her care delivery including addressing my emotional and spiritual needs. She took time to coordinate my care, with all members of my healthcare team, so I could rest. She has excellent communication skills which makes a world of difference to her patients.
