Tammie was with our daughter for pre-op and post-op surgery today. Tammie went above and beyond for our daughter. She was attentive to her needs and listened to her when she was in pain. Tammie did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on how she woke up, what steps were going to happen next, including thoroughly explaining her discharge papers. One of the things she did was SMILE. She also explained things and spoke to my daughter in a positive way that she could relate to! A++ patient care!
