Tammy Alvarez goes above and beyond for our patients and most of all, co-workers. She tries to make sure everyone is happy and able to do their job 100%. If anything is needed at work or personally, she's there is always help. Even on days off calls are made to make sure all is well. One night in particular I had a very rough night and Tammy knew the next night was going to be just as rough. She not only helped me but called around to the other unit to make sure everyone was able to do their job. Even on days off calls are made to make sure all is well and helps the best way possible if things are not going well. I really appreciate all that she does for us and for thinking of us. This is not some times but all the time.
