Nurse Bales goes above and beyond for the medical department any question I've had she's has been quick to answer and she is very knowledgeable. I needed information for a halfway house application. An inmate's home plan had been denied and we were working against a short deadline. Records from medical had not gotten back to me in two weeks. I called Nurse Bales when I couldn't reach medical records after another two emails and phone calls. She was the one who took time out of her day to help me when no one else seemed to get back to me, and due to that, I was able to complete the application before the deadline. I don't know what would have happened if she hadn't helped me.
