Tammy Cannon, LPN

Tammy comes to work and is ready to work; it does not matter if she gets called to come into work with a medication cart, do wound care, attend a meeting, or transport a resident to the wound center. She stands ready to do a job, and it does not “matter” what job. She stands ready to perform a job that is needed for resident care.

Tammy works with all residents but has a deep love for the wound residents. She takes these residents under her specific care and monitors all aspects of their care, such as pain medications, wound healing, food intake, and follow-up wound appointments. She calls the families and gives them daily to weekly updates on their loved ones. She answers their questions and takes the time to be empathetic with them. I am so proud of Tammy and her accomplishments.
