Tammy was here quite often during my stay. She was very professional, competent, attentive, and concerned. She took time to discuss my condition and help me to understand what was happening. She was always pleasant. I am sure she had many responsibilities and patients, but always had time to help. She made me feel like I had a friend in the hospital.
