Tammy Kingsbury, RN, BSN

I arrived short of breath. I had recently been diagnosed with pneumonia and given a regimen of medication. I was short of breath again a couple of weeks later and was instructed to go back to the hospital.

When I got there, Tammy was assigned to my case. She immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and thoroughness. Then she assigned me to a room and proceeded to get me settled. She displayed a friendly and welcoming demeanor throughout the process. She oversaw my labs, EKG, breathing treatment, and medicine administration. She ensured I got to my CT scan in a timely manner.

Tammy’s management and leadership were clear and evident through my visit. Upon checkout, she put me at ease when I was concerned with some of the information that appeared on my CT scan. Tammy is an asset to the VA in general and specifically Colmery-O'Neil Veterans Administration Medical Center.
