On my way
In which cubicle will I stay?
Apprehension holds sway
A smiling face comes in sight
Fear and dread take flight
Tammy is here
Smiling and crispy neat
Up at dawn and on her way
Keeping composure under control
Aid and compassion to every sole
Efficient and calm in every stage of infusion
Very adept and sure in blood transfusion
Always on a mission
No time to rest
Attentive to every guest
Paperwork, computer logins must be done
"Mr. P your infusion is done
I will unhook you and you're on your way"
A little hug and I walk away
