Tammy Miller, MSN, RN

I have only known Tammy a short time, but it has become evident that her influence at Mercy has been quite impactful over the last 30 years. I have witnessed Tammy's interaction with the staff on the floors. She educates the staff, and they clearly respect her and feel comfortable with her. They seek Tammy out to ask questions without hesitation. She has also been a wonderful Mercy Ambassador for new employees like me. Tammy's attitude is always upbeat, and she has a “can-do” attitude. She is always up for a challenge and easily adapts to changing circumstances. This has been particularly evident during the pandemic. Tammy’s presence on the inpatient units definitely made a difference for the nurses because they knew they had an ally and a true leader in their midst. We are lucky to have Tammy!
