Tamara has the compassion it takes to be an excellent nurse. She showed team work and professionalism as she read a "thorough report" on my hospital stay to the doctor and her team when they came around during morning rounds. Her clinical experience and service came through as she wrote daily goals down for me that helped me focus on my recovery while showing respect to me. Her humor is a gift she also shares.
