I am writing this letter to say thank you and to tell you how grateful I am. I have been so blessed by the good Lord giving me my husband and daughter and then giving me the Baycare nurses, especially one, Tammy Prince. She is truly an extraordinary nurse.
I spent nearly eight months in bed, hospitals, rehabs, hospitals again, unable to walk or even turn on my own. You can imagine the joy, fear, and apprehension of returning home. What would I do without a nurse at my side when needed? I was on IV's every four hours, lots of infection and pain. Then Baycare stepped in providing any and all assistance and material needed. Every Baycare person was helpful, but I was scared of the return home, and would I be able to make it? I was scared of the ailments, medications, and prognosis.
When Tammy Prince walked in confident, reassuring, always smiling, making sure everything was alright, and finding answers to my every need, I began to relax and believed I could make it. She gave me strength, confidence, and guidance. I knew she and Baycare were just a phone call away. Tammy cared for my wounds both externally and internally. I will be forever grateful for her care and blessed to know her. Thank you to all who have assisted with PP, OT, emotional guidance, deliveries, and all related assistance. My love to all.
