I wanted to thank you for everything you did for me yesterday at the Gamma Knife Center. Your care and attention made a big difference. I especially appreciate how you kept my wife, D, and my sister, C, who interpreted for me in ASL, and me informed — it helped keep D calm, which was so important. Even with your busy role as coordinator, you made sure I was comfortable, answered my questions, and helped make the experience stress-free. Before you started anything, you let me know what you were doing and why. I'm also very grateful for your support and awareness of my deafness---working with my sister and supporting me to keep my cochlear implant on during prep and recovery meant a lot. I nominated you for the DAISY Award at Johnston-Willis. You went above and beyond for me. Thanks again for your kindness and care!
