Tammy was friendly and calm, and it helped my husband relax before surgery. She realized he was anxious, and he had difficulty hearing because he had left his hearing aids at home. She let me stay with him and help him calm down before surgery. She engaged him in conversation to help him pass the time while he waited for surgery to begin. She explained what would happen at each step of the process. She was very caring and aware of how he was feeling, and she did an excellent job helping him prepare for his surgery.
