Tammy Sharper, RN

Tammy is an experienced ICHD RN that joined the village less than a year ago. During her time here she has worked in some very challenging clinics. Her first clinic was closed 8 months after she joined the village. Tammy transitioned to another facility, which was having staffing challenges, and ultimately lost 100% of the nursing teammates. Tammy stepped up and took charge. She is currently working and training new TM, and holding the 100% guest teammates accountable for caring for our patients. She is assisting with outcome management and has a great rapport with physicians, patients, and visiting teammates. She is a patient advocate and displays caring behaviors continuously. She is a role model of compassion and competence.
