Tammy Tranvaag, RN

One very busy evening, long after Tammy should have left her shift, she stayed to help the other nurses and patients on the floor. She demonstrated teamwork, knowing that if she left the other nurses on the floor, they would not have been able to provide an outstanding experience for the patients who were there at that time. She stayed with a patient and assisted her through a challenging time. The patient and the nurses working with Tammy know that her presence made a difficult evening, an experience that everyone can look back on and say, thank goodness she was here. This is not new for Tammy. She is often seen trying to help after she should have left for the day. She knows when an extra hand is needed and doesn't hesitate to provide it. Thank you Tammy, for leading the maternity team at CMH to provide outstanding patient experiences every day.
