Tammy went out of her way to help a special needs patient transition to the next level of care. She worked hard, especially at making the patient feel safe. She took a day off work the day he was changing from our facility to a new facility which would be his home. She wanted him to have a familiar face, so he felt safe. She went above & beyond to promote patient safety and autonomy. She wanted him to feel valued.
