Tana was the first face (in terms of nurses) that we dealt with at Proctor. She set the tone for the entire stay and she was wonderful. Our family had questions/concerns before surgery, and she came back to us with an answer to everything. She was very thorough, and it helped ease our minds in a concerning time. It meant everything. Her comprehension of knowing that the patent care extends beyond the patient and also includes the family/caretakers shows that she really gets her purpose here and we are so grateful.
