Tana is a true asset to AMCMC! She has worked with my disabled son when he has needed services in Same Day Surgery. Due to my son's complicated health history and his severe cognitive disability, as he was born with Cerebral Palsy, he has gone through a lot of medical challenges including numerous ER, inpatient stays and even fought for his life in April 2016 for an entire month as his illness ended up having him go into septic shock. Since then he suffers from PTSD as it was such a traumatic event to his system so he is constantly scared when he has to be in a hospital. Tana totally understands how to work with the disabled, keep them calm, and reassures all will be ok and keep him comfortable when pain is involved. I have always and will request her when our son needs Same Day Surgery.
