Ms. Thompson started in ICU during COVID time when things were not organized due to a lack of staffing. She brings a considerate and thoughtful approach and works with peers in a very professional and friendly way. She takes time to listen and make sure everyone is included in the conversation, then returns with a thoughtful and inclusive decision. She always sees the good side of the people and encourages other staff members to do the same. She has time for everyone who comes to her door. She is a very positive person on the team and exhibits a 'win-win' philosophy. Every employee feels more welcomed, involved, and self-assured about their success. She shows great concern for the welfare of others and is actively involved in finding solutions to difficult challenges. The combination of her high ethical standards and vast experience enables her to be an exemplary role model to others in the unit as well as in the hospital. Thank you.

Thank you, Tanganyika, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
