My dad was admitted to critical care after a very severe heart attack. Tania walked us through every step of the process, showing that she genuinely cared about the outcome. She went above and beyond, even coming in before her shifts to check on us. Tania made us feel reassured that my dad was being properly cared for, and even though the outcome was that my dad passed away, she supported us through this incredibly difficult time, attending to our needs.

This is why we asked if she was working that night. I have had different experiences with hospital staff and nurses, but Tania stood out to us due to her unwavering efforts. I believe she treats all her patients and their families with the same care and dedication, and she deserves far more than just an award. Nothing was ever too much for Tania. Her communication with my family and me throughout the entire process exceeded our expectations. She explained every step and helped us understand what was happening and how they were trying to help my dad. No question was ever too much for her. She made us feel at ease during the most difficult time of our lives, and for that, we will be forever grateful.
