Tanisha Broadnax, RN

Tanisha is one of the greatest nurses I've met, and may be the greatest nurse I'll ever meet. She demonstrates deep compassion and intelligence in everything she does. She is a patient teacher who leaves room for questions, ignorance, and mistakes - correcting and educating in a kind way. Her ability to work with diverse populations, and teach her students to do the same, is something every nurse can learn from. Tanisha withholds judgement in the most challenging situations, leaving room for patients to feel seen, heard, and accepted. We all have much to learn from Tanisha, and I am immensely grateful to have a clinical instructor like her.
