Tanner took care of my cousin for the last 24 hours of her life over the course of two shifts. She was kind, compassionate, and made me feel like my cousin was in the right place when I was over an hour away.

Tanner never made me feel rushed through the dying process, took excellent care of her, and made her final hours as peaceful as possible for both her and me. She made sure I understood that information from a previous hospitalization at another facility wasn't shared.

Tanner represented Centennial well, and your institution is lucky to have a nurse like Tanner in its employ. She's thoughtful, caring, and is a nurse who is a nurse because she truly cares about patients.  As a nurse of 30 years myself and a nursing leader, I know what excellent nursing looks like, and Tanner is it.
