Tanner Kadrmas, RN

My father is recovering from a stroke, and Tanner has been his nurse for several days. You have a staff of many good nurses, but Tanner goes above and beyond each day. He is incredibly kind, positive, and caring. My father currently cannot speak, and Tanner is very patient with him, waiting for his non-verbal gestures and responses. He has challenged my dad to regain his strength and movement, and does it in such a positive, supportive way. He is also very considerate and caring for my family’s needs as caregivers. On a day when my dad did not have therapy, Tanner took the time to get him up and active. He did not need to do this, but it was great for my dad and us. Tanner makes a typical slow day at the hospital so much more enjoyable. Thank you!
