Tanner Sanders, RN

Tanner is such a compassionate person and the best kind of human. He always treats his patients with care and respect and goes out of his way to make their day. Today he was caring for an older woman with dementia who is always scared and cries when she has to be moved. Every time Tanner had to move her, he would sing “You are my sunshine” with her, and it would calm her down, and she would tolerate the movement. She was having trouble getting up to the chair, so he sang and danced with her to help. She would always light up when he was in the room. A great example of a great nurse.
