Tanya was such a sweet and caring person. My mother was admitted to the hospital. My mom tends to get very anxious and works herself up. Tanya came in and calmed my mother down with her demeanor and reassuring attitude that she would take care of her. My mother had been in pain all day. We had been trying to get something to help her pain. Tanya came in and listened to my mother and me. She is a great listener. She expressed her concern and assured us that she would talk with the doctor. She immediately addressed the needs of the doctor and got her some pain medication ordered. My mom felt so much better.
Tanya is a true advocate for her patients. She is proactive in her nursing care. She is extremely caring and attentive. She has a wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel at peace that you will be taken care of. All the nurses were good, but I felt ok with leaving my mom in Tanya's hands. I was so happy to see her back on night two to care for my mom. She is truly amazing.
