Pre-op phone consultation went on longer than her shift I believe. Tanya took so much care and effort to gather all the information and seemed genuinely interested in my answers and questions. She had to call me back and play phone tag before we finally connected. At the surgery, she was very pleasant, comforting, skilled, and helpful. I felt she went above and beyond her responsibilities and made me feel so cared for. I felt I was in the best hands and going to get the best care. I was able to experience this after having taken other family members to surgery and hospital situations within the month. Very impressed with her services and of the whole team and facility there.
