I am an ICU nurse. Recently, I had surgery for the removal of a fibroid, and I was extremely anxious about it. Tanya was absolutely wonderful in getting me through the process. She was thorough with explaining what to expect. She made sure to advocate for me so that I had medications for nausea, anxiety, and pain. She was always planning in advance for my needs. Her calm demeanor put me at ease, and she regularly checked in on me during recovery. As a nurse, I can honestly say she’s one of the best. I wish there were more Tanya’s in every hospital. A truly phenomenal nurse who got me through one of the hardest times in my life.
