Tanya is an amazing nurse and leader on our unit. Tanya is one of the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her consistently positive attitude under pressure is amazing. She tirelessly supports staff on the unit and goes above and beyond to assist them.
Tanya is calm, empathetic and understanding in the most difficult of situations. She is a confident advocate to meet the complex needs of the critical care patient population. Her high standard of care is an example to her co-workers.
Tanya is a teacher. Her strong clinical knowledge allows her to be a resource to nurses and providers. She is able to explain complex medical concepts to patients and their families in a way that they understand.
UWMC and 5 East is a better place because of Tanya.
