For nearly 11 years, the one consistent in my OrthoIndy experience has been Tanya. She is not only our manager, but has been there for us through sickness, loss of our loved ones, loss of her loved ones, and a pandemic. Tanya has been in the trenches with us through many changes within the company. I watched her stand during the pandemic, losing so many staff members to travel assignments and various reasons. Tanya jumped right in wherever she was needed to reduce the impact of working short. She addressed many issues with patients, family, doctors, etc., and always stood by us when we were right. Tanya is one of the best and strongest women and managers I have had. I am very grateful for all she does for me and OrthoIndy.
