I have been working with Tara for a couple of months now and she definitely exemplifies the mission and vision of Montefiore. She takes pride in providing care to all her patients. She is very caring, compassionate, and dedicated to her patients. I personally have heard patients and family members speak very highly of Tara.
One example of Tara exemplifies being a great nurse is one day she has a patient that was in a lot of pain. Tara administered pain medication but that was not helping much. Tara stayed in the room for a long period of time to hold her patient's hand and put warm compresses on her back, which helped the patient tremendously. The patient was very appreciative of this.
