Tara was my night shift nurse for 3 of 5 nights of my hospital stay. She demonstrated confident, competent bedside nursing care by explaining my condition, treatment, and expectations on initial rounds. She included me and my input in the plan of care for each shift and followed up on all interventions. She promptly responded to the call light and many times did duties that were assigned to the aides when they were not available. She is personable and very easy to talk with. I think she is a true gem in your organization.
