My brother came in today for a hip replacement. He has had a very difficult past few weeks and we were all worried about him. Tara Bounds was his pre-surgery prep nurse. She took care of him as if she were his daughter. Honest, gentle, empathetic, resolved, knowledgeable, and consistent. She was very thorough and a great representative of your Union Hospital staff. Tara was very careful to follow all regulations and yet made my brother's father-in-law and myself comfortable with what to expect. Tara should make you proud. Thank you very much.
