Tara took care of an extended stay patient. The patient was unable to do much for himself, much less others, and Tara brought the patient's fiancé and daughter flower bouquets for what I believe was a birthday/anniversary. The patient was unaware at the time, but Tara did this as a surprise for his loved ones "from him". This was also her day off. It was a great show of love and consideration for this man.
