Wow, Tara's care was the best example of Christ's love. We went into the unit and chatted. She was extremely attentive, personable and kind. By 12 am I watched her and her supervisor stare at my dad nervously. They warned me that there may be a ton of people in the room in a minute. Five minutes later dad was being emergency intubated and put in a forced coma. Tara was right there. She watched me the whole time, stayed with me until I was settled in ICU and maintained an incredibly encouraging and positive attitude the entire time. She offered me food and drinks and prayer. I was pretty out of it so not all of it fully registered with me. But I am so thankful for her kindness and clarity. She wasn't just a nurse, she was a friend and she was in it with me. That's invaluable. Thank you!
