Tara Keith 2024, RN

My mother went in for surgery. After a traumatic experience with spinal anesthesia 36 years ago she was terrified when she leaned she would have a spinal for her knee replacement. Tara walked in to get my mother to bring her to the operating room and just exuded confidence & kindness- I could instantly see my mother's worry erased from her face, and she laughed at the humor Tara brought to the room. Her energy & kindness was exactly what was needed to calm her nerves and trust that she was in good hands, not just with her doctor but with Tara and the rest of the team that would be caring for her. Some people find the careers they are meant to be in, and it shows. Tara is one of those people.
