We have known Tara for 12 years. Over the years and most recently, Tara has grown to be an influential, compassionate and extraordinary leader. She is one we can look to for support and guidance. She gets us through difficult times and is always available to take a moment with us when we need it. She is open to feedback and values our opinion.
