Tara Saunders' smile and laugh say it all. Patients just adore her as do all staff and doctors. She is our charge nurse and goes above and beyond every day. Her communication skills are top notch. She has never been recognized and so deserves it. She keeps all of us organized every day. I can remember so many days where patients tell her how great she is. She has a great happy personality, and everyone just loves her. I wanted to thank her for all she does.
