Tara Spencer, RN

My mother had to be admitted during the holiday season, and due to COVID-19 restrictions and visitor policies, my family and I could not see her at the same time. Tara's kindness and compassion lit up the room the moment she walked in. My mother has dementia and has trouble expressing her emotions, and doesn't like the holidays due to the passing of her beloved dog. Tara took the time to sit with my mom when I stepped out to take a call. When I walked back in, I saw a smile on my mom's face I hadn't seen in years. Tara was showing my mom pictures of her German shepherd. Tara went out of her way to make my mom feel special and that she wasn't alone on Christmas. I will always remember Tara and her compassion towards her patients.
