Tara has gone above and beyond to make all patients in this unit and on this floor as comfortable as possible. This unit and floor are very difficult because of all the patients trying to come off drugs and or alcohol. Tara has made numerous patients feel at ease in their difficult time of recovery. We (numerous patients) feel that Tara should be honored with this award because of her exceptional and hard work. We would like to thank Tara personally for her hard work and making us feel at ease in our difficult time of need.

She always made an effort to check on me while I was detoxing to see if I needed anything. She tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Tara has gone above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy while here. I have spoken to a few of the patients here with me and we all agree that Tara makes sure each and every one of our needs have been met, and when and if not possible because of rules, she then comes up with other options that would be allowed. Never has she ignored or been nasty/impatient with me or other patients. She has figured out ways to solve any want, need or complaint. Tara is compassionate, she has caring eyes, and most importantly she genuinely cares about each and every patient. Tara really and truly is everything a nurse should be. Never did I feel judged. Never did I feel anything negative with Tara. Tara gives you the same feeling a loved one would at home. She really is a great nurse!
