Tara has the extremely difficult role of the department charge nurse and makes a positive difference for this hospital and community every day. It can be a thankless job that is high stress all the time. Tara handles the role extremely well, all while being supportive and compassionate to all the staff in the department and patients that we serve.
Tara remains composed and acts as a professional always. She is respectful to everyone and is always helping someone, making their day a little bit better. I have had the honor and pleasure to see Tara first hand at the bedside caring for some of the sickest people. She genuinely cares about them and gives 110% all the time. Tara's faith and kindness shine through while caring for God's people like they are a member of her family. I am so happy to know Tara and work alongside this outstanding person. I think Tara's above and beyond dedication, deserves recognition.
